About the event

Furoshiki or knotwrap refers to the Japanese art of wrapping gifts with fabric instead of paper. The results are beautiful presents with a reusable packaging. But how exactly are you supposed to knot them? Join our workshop and learn how to wrap (almost) everything in furoshiki and get valuable tips and tricks about sustainable gift wrapping in general.

Overview sustainable packaging options, tips and tricks

18.30 - Active part

Practising different knotwrap techniques

19.15 - Open gift workshop

Participants can practise techniques individually,

or wrap and decorate presents they brought along,

both with help from us.

19.30 - Official end of workshop

Participants are free to practise, wrap gifts or socialise
